When we started the process of looking for quality service and craftsmanship for our basement project, we looked around the neighborhood and always noticed your signs popping up on the lawns.  This always triggered Laura and I to converse about our plans to finish the basement in our house.  With a 3-year-old and another on the way, we saw the toys, books, and other games piling up in our family room, and so we finally decided in 2005 that we were going to move forward with the grand plans to make our underground space habitable for us and the children.  We instantly thought about you and your business as one of the contractors we would reach out to for advice and an estimate.

Once we determined that EBCON Services was the right choice for us, we spoke on numerous occasions in order to share ideas, walk through the basement, outline the details of the contract, answer questions, etc.  Each time you were easy to talk to and willing to spend the time to make sure we were comfortable with the work we were going to ask you to perform.  We definitely appreciated this time up front in the process.

During the construction phase, we were pleased with the cleanliness, attention to detail, and ideas that you presented as you worked each day.  Regarding any type of change, you were able to explain the reasons for doing it another way, present us with the associated costs, and allow us to make a decision about the direction we wanted to take without pressuring us.  Additionally, the subcontractors that you utilized were always courteous and professional, as was your assistant Tom.

The most talked about touch you suggested and added to our basement were the three distinctive archways.  First-time visitors are quick to point this feature out and how much they really like it.  We are now able to enjoy our time in another portion of the house as a family, as well as a space to entertain for parties and card nights with friends.  So, we would like to thank you and EBCON Services for the work that was performed in 2005.
